1 can organic unsalted chickpeas
1/4 cup fresh organic lemon juice
1/4 cup well-stirred tahini
1 organic garlic clove
2 tablespoons extra-virgin olive oil
1/2 teaspoon organic ground cumin
Salt
2 to 3 tablespoons cold water
Directions
Add all ingredients to a food processor or a blender. Make sure to scrape the sides and then process for another 30 seconds or until well blended.
