Caper Garlic Dip

1 cup thick whole-milk yogurt

2 tablespoons capers, rinsed and finely chopped

1 organic garlic clove, minced

¼ cup chopped organic parsley

2 tablespoons extra virgin olive oil

2 teaspoons minced scallions or chives

¼ teaspoon sea salt, plus more to taste Freshly ground black pepper



Add yogurt, capers, garlic, parsley, olive oil, scallions, and salt into a medium bowl. Stir well, and season to taste with black pepper and additional salt. Can be stored in the fridge for up to three days.
